How to set the password as the username in sql server 2000 expect sa and system users?

Friends,

OS: win2k3

DB: sql2k sp4

we have 160 users. now we have to reset the password for those users. 

But we need to set the username as the password for those 160 users.

can anybody give me a script or link to set the username as the password?

note: i want to set the password only to the users not for the system users (SA, etc)

for example....

'fs0001' user should have the password as 'fs0001'

'kku901' user should have the password as 'kku901'
